New User Page

The New User page is used to create users for Web Request. Use the controls on this page to create a new user.

NOTE: This page may not be available. The Web Request Administrator can deny guests the ability to create new users.

Controls on the New User Page

CONTROL	DESCRIPTION
User Name	Required. Type the user name you wish to create.
Password	Required. Type the password for the user.
Re-Enter Password	Required. Re-type the password for the user to confirm the password.
Last Name	Required. Last name of the user.
First Name	First name of the user.
Email Address	Required. Submit the email address associated with the user login.
Type	Use this pick list when submitting a new email to the MicroMain database. Select the type of Email you are submitting: Business, Home or Personal.
Email	Type the email address in this field you wish to submit to the MicroMain database.
Phone Number	Submit the phone number associated with the user login.
Type	Use this pick list when submitting a new phone number to the MicroMain database. Select the type of phone number you are submitting: Mobile, Office or Office fax.
Number	Type the phone number in this field you wish to submit to the MicroMain database.
Submit	Clicking this link submits this form to the database and returns you to the Users tab.
